Shamrock Shake hold the Diabetes Recipe
1 frozen banana
1/4-1/2 frozen avocado (depending on size)
2 handfuls spinach and kale mixed greens
1 cup ice
3/4 cup Tru Moo Vanilla Mint Milk
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or frozen Greek yogurt)
~1/2 tsp mint extract
2tbsp maple syrup or honey
Topped mine with one Weight Watchers Dark Chocolate Mint Patty
