Dessert for Dinner 

Chocolate Raspberry Protein Mugcake 

Mix in sprayed mug:

Egg whites from 1 large egg

1/2 cup smashed banana or applesauce 

1/4 cup strawberry protein powder (or whatever flavor, I used half chocolate half strawberry)

1/4 tsp baking powder

Small pinch of salt   

Microwave 30 seconds, stir. Microwave one more minute.

Add to top:

Half chocolate raspberry Quest bar, chopped

Half cup vanilla ice cream or custard 

Chips, sprinkles, syrup of choice! 

30g protein! 

Trying not to think about Monday….
