Protein Funfetti Cookie Dough Recipe
To answer the question you’re all dying to know…YES! They are gluten free, dairy free, egg free and nut free.
Blend 1.5 cups oatmeal into a flour
1 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup nut butter of choice (I used a pea butter because my dad is allergic to nuts) melt in microwave when mixing
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey ( I mixed them)
1/2 cup Splenda or sugar (I used 1/4 Splenda bc I don’t need them super sweet
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or sprinkles of choice.
Blend all ingredients and roll into balls
If you put sprinkles on the outside, they won’t stick to the plate while they dry 🙂
