So work is having a biggest loser competition and I entered about 4 weeks ago. It’s goes through the middle of December so I thought this would be good maintainence through the holidays. And then I thought…why not exceed maintainence! I have maintained about the same weight for the whole time and really want to see progress this week! Having some healthy meals and snacks and fitting in time for exercise. Even walking on my lunch at work! Writing things in a planner also helps me stick to my plans. If I write “run” down I will be more likely to do it so I can cross it off! Dietitian type A thing I guess! Featured below mandarin chicken salads with brown rice and oatmeal pumpkin bars.
