Too late for meatless Monday? Nahh

Black bean burgers! Frozen-microwave-chop-put on salad…SO EASY! 110 calories per burger and 10 grams protein! I’ve also added to my salad avocado for a healthy source of MUFAS(monounsaturated fatty acids) ya know…the ones that do all that good stuff for your cholesterol?! Sprinkle of sharp cheddar cheese, corn and beans (because they were in the fridge) and top with Siracha and light ranch. This product has about 70% less fat AND taste good! Gotta try guys…yum
