Cleaning out the fridge

After walking  Riley I decided to keep it simple tonight and using up what’s left in the fridge in preparation for a shopping trip! I had lots of protein at lunch….fish AND steak! So figured I could skip protein for tonight and work on my fruits and veg!  Arizona tea zero calories for my beverage…not bad actually! I am also excited to announce I am officially a registered dietitian!!!! I passed my exam on Saturday and received my certification! Life is good! Happy Monday!
