Ok guys…drink of the week! This is a yogurt juice mixture I found at Meijer by yoplait! It’s SO DELICIOUS. I’m addicted so I have to watch my portion control. You get the best of both worlds. Protein and calcium from yogurt and the vitamins and minerals from juice. 19 grams of sugar isn’t bad. For diabetics, you could count this as 1 carb exchange to add to meal or use a snack. I think this would be GREAT for smoothies. You have it all ready to pour to mix in with your fruit or greens. 6 grams of protein per serving as well! This accounts for about 12% of your daily protein needs…from a drink! Thumbs up for me 🙂
