Planning is key! You will need: Tupperware (lots of it), plastic baggies and just an hour of your time! In one hour, you can prep several meals/meal items for the upcoming week. By doing this, you will save time throughout the week (when you may be tempted to eat out or skip lunch) as well as practice portion control! By having everything packaged and made ahead of time, you cannot go back for more or will not be eating large restaurant meals! I’m obsessed with having my fridge stocked and organized…it’s a problem. But a good problem! Happy Monday!! May the force be with you!
