Chicken 

This chicken from Gordon Foodservice is GREAT for easy lunches! It is already fully cooked and seasoned and just needs to be defrosted. When I pack my lunch for work, I just place a breast on top of my salad the night before and it is perfectly thawed by lunch! Chicken is a great source of lean protein and provides 7g per ounce! So if you are eating a 4oz chicken breast you will consume 28g of protein right there! Normal intake per day is about 50g for a well nourished person. My salad consisted of salad greens, 4oz chicken breast, 1/4 avocado, shredded cheddar cheese, Siracha sauce and light ranch! Delicious, quick and affordable!
