Set for Success 

Meal prep is one of the best things you can do for your health. It saves you time throughout the week, saves you money by avoiding fast food or restaurants and helps you steer clear of junk food and random snacking during the day. It is one I my favorite things to do and makes life EASIER! This chicken I use for salads is AWESOME! It’s Tyson already cooked chicken breast or fajita strips. I lay them on the salads frozen the night before and they are perfectly defrosted by lunch the next day! #lifesaver. Fruit and yogurt are two easy, healthy sides that are my go-to favorites 🙂
