Monday night the Bachelorette is on…for two hours. How can I cook a healthy dinner AND be physically active too? It is very easy to find excuses. However, my friend and I decided last season to go to her gym every Monday and watch it while we treadmill! Multitasking, no guilt and we can gossip on commercial breaks! It’s a great way to start off the week too! Being physically active is just as important as eating healthy. Walking counts!
