Because I’m addicted 

I literally cannot go a single day without Greek yogurt. I just can’t. I am not a big milk drinker unless I have cereal, so I can get my daily calcium and phosphorus in this way. You would think adding this chia/flax mixture would create a gritty earthy taste, but it makes it so much better! Also provides omega-3’s, fiber and minerals! WIN, WIN!
